However, the diet should be continued until the optimal weight is restored and even afterwards since this is the weight that you would want to keep.

It is advisable to have a written diet plan, with diverse breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks recipes. Meals that are delicious and large enough, but at the same time low on calories, saturated fat and sugar, are the core of the diet.
